环境：win8 x64
概述：
这个错误的本质原因就是因为在64位机器上用了32位的ODBC。
只要使用64位的ODBC即可。
细节：
32位的路径：c:\windows\sysWOW64\odbcad32.exe
64位的路径：c:\windows\system32\odbcad32.exe
